- For each reservation is required a deposit as an advance in order to be booked and confirmed. In case that the client does not pay the agreed deposit upon with the property within a specified time period, the hotel reserves the right to release the room without notice.
- For cancellations up to 41 days prior arrival, no canellation fees will be charged
- For cancellations between 40-22 days prior arrival, 50% οf whole amount will be charged
- For cancellations 21 days prior arrival, 100% of whole amount will be charged.
- In case of departure of the client before the scheduled date, the hotel has the right to collect 50% of the remaining stay
- Reservations that are considered non-refundable full prepayment of the whole reservation is required upon making the booking, without the possibility of changing dates or name and in case of cancellation the amount will not be refunded.
- For AMEΧ and DINNERS credit card transactions the hotel retains an additional 3% of the total transaction as a bank commission
- For Visa and Mastercard credit card transactions the hotel does not retain any bank commission In each repayment of the deposit as an advance payment to a domestic bank except Alpha Bank and Piraeus Bank there will be administrative expenses corresponding to the amount of 3 €. For the repayment of the deposit to a foreign bank the administrative expenses will correspond to the amount of 20 €

- Check in from 14:00pm and check out until 12:00pm
- From 01/01/2018 will be charged an additional accommodation tax of € 3 per room per night on the total amount of the stay and will be paid at the hotel upon departure of guests. This amount is not included in the room rate.
- In the quoted prices are not included the alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, coffee, snacks, etc. All inclusive package is not available.
